Ice machines are our only business.

Specialized care from people who know ice machines.

Precision Ice Systems has served Kansas City businesses since 1991. Our work is focused exclusively on ice machines—not general restaurant or refrigeration equipment.

Complete machine care

Cleaning, sanitizing, and preventive maintenance each have a purpose

Together, these services address cleanliness, ice-contact surfaces, and the way the machine is operating.

01

Cleaning

Removes scale, slime, mineral buildup, and residue from the water system, food zone, and other accessible machine surfaces.

03

Preventive Maintenance

Includes an operating inspection for water flow, leaks, wear, ice production, and concerns that may need attention.

Monthly Ice Care subscriptions

Choose how often your machine receives professional care

Both plans include the same complete Ice Care visit. The only difference is whether service is scheduled twice per year or four times per year.

Two visits per year

Semiannual Ice Care

$40per month
per machine

  • Clean and sanitize the storage bin

Replacement filters: We change the water filter during the scheduled visit. The cost of the replacement filter is billed separately.

What to expect

A thorough process from inspection to final check

  1. 1

    Review the machine

We identify the equipment and review its condition before beginning the service.

  2. 2

    Clean the system

Accessible food-zone components are removed as needed and cleaned to address scale and buildup.

  3. 3

    Sanitize and reassemble

Cleaned surfaces are sanitized and components are carefully returned to the machine.

  4. 4

    Inspect and test

We inspect operation, run the machine, and explain any concern that may need additional attention.

When to call

Your machine may be telling you it needs care

Visible buildup is one sign, but changes in ice quality or machine performance can also point to overdue cleaning or a developing problem.

  • Visible scale, slime, or mineral buildup
  • Cloudy ice, unusual taste, or odor
  • Reduced or inconsistent ice production
  • Water flow or freeze-cycle changes
  • Machine is overdue for professional cleaning
  • You want cleaning handled on a regular schedule
