How service pricing works
Our process separates diagnosis from the repair so you know what the machine needs and how the work will be priced.

Includes the trip to your location and up to one hour on site to identify the problem and complete minor adjustments.
This charge applies when no additional repair is authorized or when the issue is resolved through diagnosis or minor adjustments during the initial visit.

Most repairs are priced using flat-rate labor plus the cost of the required parts. We explain the price before beginning the repair.
When you proceed with the recommended repair, the $195 diagnostic charge is not added separately.

If a required part must be ordered and we need to return to complete the repair, a $75 return-trip charge applies.
